Building Strength in Fitness
I'm dedicated to strengthening women in midlife; peri-menopausal and post-menopausal. I help them build relevant and constructive exercise and fitness strategies, that not only serve them in their current stage, but also to help them optimise their future fitness.
With weekly Pilates, Yoga, Barre and Strength training small group classes, I offer unique and flexible Programmes that will inspire, and motivate. Alongside this, I give educational workshops and deliver the Menofit™ Programme. This covers many physical aspects that affect the Menopause transition. These empower women to stop operating from a place of fear, assisting them in their physical training and supporting their future health.

Now in my fourth decade of fitness training, I draw on a deep well of experience to support women in their strength and health journeys. With more than 25 years of teaching experience, I help women 35+ build strength, confidence, and lasting health strategies that allow them to thrive at every stage of life.
Why? Because the demands placed on women have never been greater, and many of the lifestyle and exercise approaches that once worked simply no longer deliver meaningful results.
By truly understanding both your challenges and your goals, we work together to create integrated workouts and movement practices that are functional, foundational and essential for protecting your health span, strength, and independence for the future.

I'm Christine, Hello
Originally from England, I have been living and teaching on the Zurich silver coast for the last 14 years.
I am a Personal Trainer, Womens health coach and creator of the first MenoFit™ coaching course for menopausal women here in Switzerland. I also give weekly Pilates, Yoga and functional training classes within the Physiotherapy Praxis Therasport.
Movement and sport have always been central to my life. With each passing decade, my goal has been to become fitter, stronger, and more capable than before. I love winter sports and summer trail running, but I also deeply respect the holistic nature of fitness and the moments when slowing down, reflecting, and changing direction is exactly what our health requires.
I specialise in strength training for women in midlife, carefully assessing their needs and creating programmes that challenge, support, and truly serve them.

Why Menopause Coaching?
Peri-menopause and menopause are too often framed in negative terms, leaving many women feeling fearful and uncertain about what lies ahead.
As a peri-menopausal fitness professional, I noticed two powerful things: the unspoken pressure to “push through” this stage without support, and the quiet disappearance of women from classes and training spaces at a certain point, often due to injury.
Why does this happen? What choices do we really have? Women today are living and working longer, while juggling more responsibilities than ever.
The real question becomes: "How can we better understand the changes in our energy, bodies, movement, and wellbeing? How can we better adapt our approach to fitness with a supportive method that strengthens us through this significant life stage?

Group Classes
Through either Pilates, Vinyasana Yoga, Barre, Balance and Functional group sessions, expect to progress, build strength, confidence, and resilience.
What to Expect
You can expect a considered, supportive, and professional approach to movement, grounded in experience and shaped by your individual needs. Each class provides teaching to gain improved posture, mobility and strength. Thus emphasising long-term health, independence, and wellbeing.

MenoFit™ Programmes
This programme combines education, support, and motivation to shift the menopause experience from limitation to possibility.
We address the physical changes of the menopause transition while identifying lifestyle strategies designed to optimise this stage of life.

Strength Programmes
The Quick Wins Concept is designed to answer a simple but powerful question: “What can I do right now?” It helps you build strength in midlife using the equipment you already have around you.
Each Quick Wins resource includes a clear table of exercises, guidance on where to start, what to aim for, and optional 12–15 minute videos that demonstrate and explain each movement.
